Clear answers, so you can prepare for a seamless first visit.
Felix currently sees clients every Monday, 10AM–7PM. Starting November 2026, appointments will also open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month — giving you more ways to get on the schedule.
Every session here is a full clinical intervention, not a quick relaxation rub. Felix intentionally keeps his calendar limited so each client gets his complete focus, and so every session actually changes something rather than just feeling good for a day. If Mondays are full, ask about our membership priority booking or being notified when a spot opens.
The easiest way is through our online booking system, available 24/7. You can also call or text 310-404-1003, or email reliefpointe@gmail.com. For your first visit, we recommend calling so we can discuss your specific needs and make sure we schedule adequate time.
We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full service fee. We understand emergencies and illness happen — please reach out as soon as you can, and you can manage your appointment by calling, texting, or through your online account.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide detailed receipts for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
We accept cash, Venmo, credit/debit cards, and checks.
Nothing is required — our pricing is all-inclusive, with gratuity already built into every rate, so you can walk out without doing any mental math. Additional tips are always appreciated but never expected.
Yes — ask by calling or emailing us, or through our online booking system.
Every visit starts with a real conversation about what's going on in your body — your history, current discomfort, and goals — so Felix can tailor the session to you. He then works using Precision Massage, a real-time adaptive approach that blends Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point work, adjusting technique based on how your tissue responds. Afterward, it's normal to feel a pleasant soreness similar to a post-workout glow, along with improved mobility and mental clarity.
Therapeutic work can feel intense in tender areas, but it should never be unbearable. Felix works with a therapeutic edge that balances effectiveness and comfort, checking in with you throughout and adjusting pressure so it always feels right for your body.
Chronic back pain, neck and shoulder tightness, sciatica, headaches, sports-related injuries, repetitive strain from desk work, and stress-related tension are among the most common. If you're not sure whether massage therapy fits your situation, call and we'll talk it through.
It depends on your goals. Acute issues often benefit from weekly sessions at first, chronic conditions are commonly maintained with a session every 2–4 weeks, and athletes often schedule around training cycles. Felix will help you find the right cadence for your body.
Many clients feel meaningful improvement after a single session, while chronic conditions usually respond best to a series of visits. How long you've had the issue, your overall health, and how your body responds all play a role — Felix will build a realistic plan with you.
Cupping therapy is available as an add-on to any session, and is included complimentary with select first-time 90-minute visits.
Yes. Pregnancy creates real physical discomfort as the body's center of gravity shifts and the SI joint and lower back take on extra strain — Felix provides genuine clinical prenatal relief in a safe, caring environment.
Our VIP Circle offers two monthly tiers ($150 and $200) with priority booking for both Monday and Saturday member slots, plus $15 off every session. No contracts — cancel anytime.
